This is a story of a warrior. I had just arrived at basic training and I could already tell I was in hell. Few of my DS s were choking on their own spit from yelling, privates pushing, and bags flying. Once the dust had settled basic training seem to be a breeze until our last FTX, Victory Forge FTX.

Never had I experienced anything like this before. the constant attacks and mortars going off filled me with fear.

I eventually passed out from the shear adrenaline and woke up in the hospital. Few weeks later I was medically discharged for PTSD and to this day I still live with the nightmare of my miles gear going off or the blanks being fired and the worst was the mortars.

I wanted to share my story so other warriors can be proud that they served and are true HEROS.
